fill out and submit the form.
2. If you are currently have an account then click
here check the box for "Michael I. Casper Rare Stamp Auctions"
and click update registration.
3. If you are currently registered with SAN and have been approved
by Casper for internet bidding you are ready to bid in our auctions.
